The tour primarily proceeds beneath the modern-day brick sidewalks of Seattle's Pioneer Square area. In this shot the tour group looks up through a grate at the passing pedestrians. Seattleites are far more jaded with regard to subterranean voices shouting up at them through the sidewalk grates than are the residents of, say, Fruitvale.
